ALM Visits Report

ALM Visits Analyzer v3

ALM Visits Analyzer v3 · multi-file

Active Landscape Management — drop in a whole month of Service Autopilot exports and read the combined job story at a glance

Load a whole month at once. Pick several Visits exports and several Timesheet exports together — the tool merges them and reports the combined period plus a per-file breakdown so you can compare week to week. You can load Visits only, Timesheets only, or both. Re-loading a file with the same name replaces it rather than double-counting. Rows with no Dates value are ignored automatically (they're client header rows). Everything is computed in your browser — nothing is uploaded anywhere. Section 0 shows exactly which rows were held out and why.
⚙ Advanced settings — excluded accounts, salaried staff, abnormal-entry limits
Matched loosely — case, spacing and asterisks are ignored. These are dropped when "Exclude employee accounts" is ticked.
Held out of the billable-% calculation (salaried hours distort it) but still counted in the labor reconciliation check, and listed separately in Section 8.
Whole-word match only — "ALM" and "ALM - Shop" match; "Almond Ridge" does not. Plus any service containing "equipment maintenance" or "mileage".

Single entries longer than these are flagged as likely forgot-to-clock-out mistakes.
Choose your file(s) above to begin.
You can select a whole month at once — e.g. four weekly Visits exports plus four weekly Timesheet exports. Everything of the same type is merged into one combined period, and each file also gets its own row so you can compare weeks.

Visits powers sections 0–7 and 10–11 (audit, rate, $0 jobs, crews, pricing, time, services, data quality); the Timesheet powers 8 (labor utilization) and 9 (where non-job time goes). Job Hours and Resource Time exports are accepted as fallbacks.
