Active Landscape Management — drop in a whole month of Service Autopilot exports and read the combined job story at a glance
Load a whole month at once. Pick several Visits exports and several Timesheet exports together — the tool merges them and
reports the combined period plus a per-file breakdown so you can compare week to week.
You can load Visits only, Timesheets only, or both. Re-loading a file with the same name replaces it rather than double-counting.
Rows with no Dates value are ignored automatically (they're client header rows).
Everything is computed in your browser — nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Section 0 shows exactly which rows were held out and why.
⚙ Advanced settings — excluded accounts, salaried staff, abnormal-entry limits
Matched loosely — case, spacing and asterisks are ignored. These are dropped when "Exclude employee accounts" is ticked.
Held out of the billable-% calculation (salaried hours distort it) but still counted in the labor reconciliation check, and listed separately in Section 8.
Whole-word match only — "ALM" and "ALM - Shop" match; "Almond Ridge" does not. Plus any service containing "equipment maintenance" or "mileage".
