Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Active Landscape Management is fully licensed and insured for the work we do, and we carry general liability coverage to protect your property. If you ever need documentation for HOA, property management, or commercial requirements, just ask — we’re happy to provide it.
What’s actually included in your service?
Our standard lawn maintenance includes mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off walkways and hardscapes after every visit — not just a mow-and-go. Add-on services like chemical treatments, seasonal flower planting, shrub and bed maintenance, and irrigation repair are available separately so you only pay for what your property actually needs.
How much does lawn care cost?
Pricing depends on your property’s size, condition, and how often you’d like service.— but the best way to get an exact number is a free, no-pressure quote. We’ll never surprise you with hidden fees.
How long have you been in business?
Active Landscape Management has been serving the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metro areas for over 15 years. In March 2026, new ownership stepped in — but the same crews, the same standards, and the same commitment to doing the job right carried forward with it.
Will I get the same crew every time?
It’s absolutely always our goal to have the same crew servicing your property. Having a crew that knows your home means fewer surprises and more consistent results. That said, there may be occasional scenarios where we have to shift crews around — but consistency is always what we aim for.
What happens if something on my property gets damaged?
Accidents are rare, but if something on your property is ever damaged during a visit, let us know right away — we’ll assess it and make it right. That’s part of what “Satisfaction Guaranteed” means to us: we stand behind 100% of our work, every time.
What days will you service my property, and what’s your weather policy?
We’ll let you know your scheduled service day once you’re set up. If we see that weather is coming, it may push your visit up, our out a few days. We will do our best to accommodate the schedule you desire.
Do you work with commercial properties and multi-location businesses?
Yes — we manage properties for HOAs, retail locations, restaurants, and multi-site businesses across the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metro areas. We can serve as a single point of contact across all your locations and provide certificates of insurance for your property management or corporate requirements.
Do you require a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
We keep things simple and pressure-free. We do not require our residential client’s to commit to contract, but that does change for commercial properties.
