ALM Weekly Ops Pulse v2.5
Active Landscape Management — how the crews ran last week, and what needs fixing
Built for the Ops Manager: crew hours, clock discipline, routing, coverage, payroll hours, and the weekly Service Autopilot cleanup list.
Everything runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded. Section 0 shows exactly which rows were held out and why.
⚙ Advanced settings — excluded accounts, salaried staff, crew roster, entry limits
Matched loosely — case, spacing and asterisks ignored.
Held out of the billable-% scoring (salaried hours distort it) but still shown in the payroll table and Section 3.
Names are matched exactly — Alfonso Abarca {emp} is a different person from Alfonso H2B Abarca, who is crew and is scored and paid normally.
Whole-word match only — "ALM" and "ALM - Shop" match; "Almond Ridge" does not.
Crews are normally read straight from the Visits Resource column. This list is only used for people that couldn't be matched — it never overrides the real data.

Payroll cap
Entries longer than the first three are flagged. Any single clock entry above the payroll cap is capped at that value for pay.
Stops you from silently comparing one week's jobs against another week's clock entries. Leave this on.
