These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Active Landscape Management (“ALM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, quote and scheduling process, and communications program. By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or otherwise engaging with ALM, you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
SMS Program Terms & Conditions
Program Description: By opting in to receive text messages from ALM, you agree to receive recurring, automated text messages related to appointment reminders, service scheduling, billing and payment notifications, customer service communications, and — if you have separately opted in — promotional offers.
How to Join: You may opt in by providing your mobile number through our website forms, verbally during a phone call or in-person visit, or by texting us directly.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies and is based on your service schedule and account activity. This may include multiple messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel further text messages. After you send “STOP,” we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive texts from us, unless you opt in again.
Help: Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below.
Supported Carriers: Participating carriers include, but are not limited to, major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
General Service Terms
Service Area: ALM provides services within the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metro areas, subject to availability.
Quotes & Estimates: Quotes provided by ALM are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if property conditions differ from what was assessed.
Scheduling: Service dates and times are scheduled based on crew availability, weather conditions, and seasonal factors, and may be adjusted as needed.
Payment: Payment terms will be communicated at the time of service approval. Residential clients may be required to keep a valid payment method on file. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule service by contacting us directly. Recurring service plans may require advance notice to cancel; details will be provided at the time of enrollment.
Satisfaction Guarantee: ALM stands behind the quality of its work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us so we can make it right.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALM’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. ALM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
